Having run life changing Bucket List Fitness Experiences in Namibia and Thailand we’re heading to Javea in the south of Spain under the watchful eye of Mount Montgo!

Over the course of 7 days, we will break past layers of stress and frustration and rebuild you from the inside out with world class mindset, nutrition and fitness coaching.

Jon Le Tocq (former UK Personal Trainer of the Year) has worked with thousands of clients in Guernsey, around the UK, Thailand and online, building a repertoire of coaching systems to suit every individual, no matter the start point, the goal or the struggles that need to be overcome inbetween.

You will have minute by minute access to group coaching and personal appointments throughout the week (including deep tissue massage to recover from the training sessions). Jon will create a personal experience for you within the group environment so you get the best of both worlds – a fun time with some amazing breakthroughs in your fitness.

We use the term ‘appointments’ very loosely as there is no better way to discover your own truths and direction than with open, free conversations around the pool between your personal consultations (and presentations in the villa’s private cinema!)

Everything is designed to move you forward in a way you are unlikely to have ever experienced, especially in large group ‘retreat’ resorts where you’re expected to build your own program from a confusing area of options!

We want you to leave with a crystal clear vision of what you want to achieve and to be buzzing about your ability to finally do it!

It really is quite easy to feel better, train harder and eat more healthily when you’re on holiday and away from the stresses that change your behaviours. How Does The Fitness Villa Experience Work?

The Fitness Villa features everything you could want to make the most of your time with us, with all day entertainment on tap including:

You will also have access to a medical grade body fat scanner so we can accurately identify:

Body fat and skeletal muscle

Many fitness resorts will talk to you about all sorts of things that either don’t really exist or are hugely inaccurate such as detoxing, an obsession with the scales and fitness tests that are irrelevant to your health and aesthetic goals.

Jon will guide you through group coaching sessions then ensure that you can interpret your results and understand what needs to be done in your own life to ensure you get to where you need to be to be at optimum health, transform your body and achieve ‘peak living’ where you’re capable of whatever ignites you each day!

How Fit Do You Need To Be?

You don’t need to be super fit to stay at the Fitness Villa as all workouts are scaled to individual strength, fitness and movement ability. The important bit is your desire to discover how to move forward.

We recommend that you have done at least three months of personal training / bootcamp / group fitness before coming to Spain including work with kettlebells, bodyweight etc. This is simply so that both you and the rest of the group are able to have an awesome experience together.

You’ll also be able to hit some extra swim sessions in the 17 metre infinity pool if you want to burn some more calories under the Spanish sun!

Is It Just Lots of Workouts?

No! The biggest mistake made on fitness retreats is thinking that a week or so of training four hours per day will create some magic transformation. At best, you might lose some fat but end up totally exhausted with no sustainable plan that suits real life with a full time job and other responsibilities!

There is a strong education component with Jon’s extensive coaching history being condensed into a complete Fitness Lifestyle Course over your stay. Each day will feature a different presentation and areas for personal consideration including:

This is one of the most enlightening journeys you’ll experience on the Fitness Villa Experience without going any further than your own mind!

MindMap is about discovering the mental patterns you currently run your life on and discovering how to change the direction of your thoughts and feelings so you can finally break free from whatever is holding you back.

Jon has run online and ‘real life’ coaching courses with amazing results in people who have previously felt stuck with their life whether it be work, business, relationships or weight loss.

The process is the same.

We guide you through a detailed system helping you find out the truth about what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, how to move forward and how to finally achieve those goals that keep eluding you!

You will be amazed how your mind can open up and flow whilst out of your usual environment so this is the perfect time to get to know your own brain and build a solid plan going forward to hit more of your life goals!

If you spend your life in a constant feeling of discomfort and/or pain in your muscles and joints, you’re going to LOVE the BodyMAP process.

BodyMAP’ing is about finding and assessing restrictions in your body and allowing the brain (the most complex supercomputer in existence) to do its job resetting your body and the movement it should be capable of.

Rather than simply stretching this and mobilising that on an isolated basis only for things to go back to dysfunction, BodyMAP’ing uses the power of the brain and neurology to get you back to your natural movement patterns.

What About Food and Service?

Your meals will be provided according to healthy eating principles but tailored to best suit the group based on your Pre-Trip Consultations. Some meals will be an interactive team nutrition experience, teaching you how to make tasty, healthy meals in the villa outdoor kitchen!

We want you to enjoy your experience and not eat cardboard and a square of ice in an effort to lose weight. We’ll show you how to make the best choices when we go to local eateries so you can stay on track and enjoy food whilst powering forward to your goals.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the Fitness Villa and evening meals will be either restaurant visits or interactive team cooking sessions in the villa’s outdoor kitchen / barbecue area!

Your Service Manager will be Aurelie who has provided 5 star service on the super yachts of the rich and famous. You can rest assured that everything will be done to ensure the service and your comfort is a priority.

Because we’ll have a maximum of 8 guests in the villa, you can expect a high level or service and response at all times. Rooms will be cleaned daily and you won’t be in a queue of 40 guests trying to get help.

Sunday 28th June: Arrival and First Night At The Fitness Villa

You will need to arrive in Alicante on 28th June 2020. 

There will be a group pick up from Alicante airport at 11am to take you to the Fitness Villa. 

You can of course arrive in Spain earlier to do your own thing but you must be at Alicante airport for 11am, on 28thJune. This may be adjusted slightly depending where people are arriving from.

Today will include a full introduction to your coaching and service team, your first workout and first night’s sleep in your ‘Blacked Out’ bedroom!

29th-4th: Full Days at the Fitness Villa

Daily itineraries will be provided on arrival. You can expect each day to look something like this…

0700 – Wake up call for coffees and water (unless you want to get up before for a few lengths of the pool in. We like over-achievers!)

0730 – Workout 1 (Cardio based / kickboxing)

0830 – Shower

0900 – Breakfast

1000 – Group coaching presentation

1100 – Personal time / coaching tasks by the pool

1300 – Lunch

1400-1700 – Sunbathe / activities / beach excursions / private coaching sessions*

1730 – Workout 2 (Resistance based)

1900 – Dinner (At the villa or local restaurant)

2000 – Relaxation time or coaching

*On Saturday 4th July the group will walk / jog / run to the summit of Mount Montgo to take in the views of Javea from 2500 feet. Whilst the path is rugged in parts, anyone with average fitness levels can complete the hike.

Sunday 5th July: Transfer Back To Alicante Airport

A group transfer to Alicante airport will arrive at 1pm.

If you wish to stay or travel on under your own steam, you can make your own arrangements from the villa. 

Fees For The Fitness Villa Experience

Your investment for the Fitness Villa is £1800 per person with 50% due on booking and the remainder at 8 weeks before the start date.

Fees are £1500 per person for couples sharing a room.

Fees are non-refundable unless and only if a replacement can be found.

All road travel from the moment you land until the return to Alicante airport.

Accommodation (Double ensuite room in the 5 star Fitness Villa)

3 meals per day*

Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the villa. Evening meals will either be at a local restaurant (main course only / drinks not included) or at the villa on one of our ‘Team Cooking’ evenings. The last ‘goodbye’ meal on Saturday night is not included.

Flights

Health, Safety and Insurance

Storm Force Fitness Ltd has full public liability insurance.

However, you will be required to sign waivers and disclaimers on registration saying that you are undertaking all fitness training and nutrition plans in good health and with the consent of your medical practitioner.

Training will take place in rugged, unstable ‘wilderness’ areas potentially with temperatures of around 30 degrees.

Whilst intensity will be carefully monitored with varying levels of difficulty to account for different fitness levels, you should seek medical advice first if you are in any doubt as to whether a fitness holiday is a safe option for you.

Whilst we work with companies we know, trust and recommend, it is your personal choice to enter into contract with any third party company, and Storm Force Fitness Ltd cannot guarantee the quality of your experience nor be held responsible for damage or accidents occurring during these time.
